In 2017 Danlex has successfully applied for funding within a project selection procedure BG05M9OP001-1.022 “SPECIFIC TRAININGS” under the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, consequently receiving provision of grants.

The provision of grants under procedure BG05M9OP001-1.022 “SPECIFIC TRAININGS” is realized with the financial support from the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, co-funded by European Union’s European Social Fund.

Description of the project

The dynamic development of high-tech technologies and of legislation in the aviation industry as well as in the security and IT industry, where the company develops its business, sets high requirements for the qualification of the hired employees. One prime instrument to tackle these challenges is the implementation of a lifelong learning culture, hence Danlex EOOD has been making efforts to establish this culture since the outset of its business.

Current needs, target groups and project objectives

  • The current needs of the company are increasing the knowledge, upgrading competencies, updating the skills as well as improving adaptability, linguistic and professional qualifications for Danlex’s employees, furthermore, improving the competitiveness within the context of the strategic objective of the OP HRD. The main objective of the project is through trainings, tailored to the specifics of the business in which the company operates, to provide further increase in knowledge and skills in pre-sales, sales and after-sales services of high-tech equipment based on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies).
  • Another project objective is through contemporary trainings to provide а prerequisite for a career and professional development for an unemployed person up to 29 years old in the field in which the company operates.
